It is about more than money…there is currency in everything from connection to clarity to energy and time.
Come together to share the importance of connection (to self and others), goals, clarity, values, self worth, boundaries, gratitude, energy, and discipline.
We will work on strategies to update your beliefs and stories, how to find and use your voice, stay in your zone of genius, and use data over drama.

"Laurel has an adaptable coaching style to fit the individual client as well as group sessions. She has an arsenal of methods to draw from to maximize any session. One time I told her that I had so many different avenues that my brain wanted to go down that I didn’t know where to start so she gave me permission to do a brain dump. She wrote on a white board and magically sorted my messy thoughts into categories. I loved the creative homework.
In group sessions, Laurel establishes guidelines up front to help keep everyone in their lane while still allowing each person time to express themselves, feel totally heard, and unrushed. There is no fear that we’ll run out of time before I can speak or fear that I’ll be put on the spot to speak if I don’t feel comfortable with sharing. There is an ease about Laurel that promotes trust and open communication without feeling pressured to do so. Laurel has a special listening skill where she’s totally focused on the speaker and then, seemingly without effort, pulls out this well thought through response. She also has a great delivery – she serves up tough advice in a gentle and caring way.
