Hi, my name is Laurel!

• I have the superpower of being able to spot the potential in someone and pull it out to help them see their own superpower (s). 

• As an alchemist of ideas, I use a great mind mapping technique that helps you figure out what the next best step for you, or as a team, is. 

• I help you break down big, hairy scary goals into something truly achievable without burnout, guilt or overwhelm!
